5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

For damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Without photo evidence, we may be unable to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
