Refund & Return Policy

At House of Clothes, we are committed to providing high-quality products and dependable customer service. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to shop with confidence. If your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition.

  • Returned in original packaging, including all accessories and included items.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Note: If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our return conditions. If the return is due to a customer ordering error or change of mind, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  2. Attach the return shipping label to the package.

  3. Drop off the package at the shipping carrier listed on the label.

If you are unable to locate your return label, please contact our support team for assistance.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return requirements.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

  2. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Email the photos along with your order details to: support@houseofclothes.us

Requests submitted after 7 days or without proper photo evidence may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
